Rigidbody center of mass and inertia incorrect when deleting child GameObject with Collider
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "RigidbodyInertia.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Delete 'Parent' -> 'Cube' GameObject
4. Observe Game View
Expected result: 'Cube (1)' GameObject remains stationary
Actual result: 'Cube (1)' GameObject moves

Notes:
1. Issue does not reproduce when disabling the GameObject
2. Issue does not reproduce if Parent Rigidbody's Gravity is disabled
3. Issue does not reproduce when Parent GameObject is positioned away from its origin by either X or Z axes.
