Right-clicking on 2 or more GameObjects in the Hierarchy selects only 1 GameObject
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Select multiple GameObjects in the Hierarchy by holding CMD on Mac or CTRL on Windows/Ubuntu
3. Right-click on any of the selected GameObjects
Expected result: GameObjects that were selected are still selected
Actual result: All the other GameObjects are de-selected, and only 1 remains selected
Reproducible with: 2023.2.12f1
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 (M1), Ubuntu 20.04

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
