[Metal] Random Number Operator in a child System only has set limited seeds for particle spawning in a visual effect when entering the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “VFXReproRandom“ project
2. Open the “Test“ scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Particles are being spawned randomly all over
Actual result: Particles are being spawned only in a few spots
Reproducible with: 2022.2.9f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.2.8f1

* macOS 12.7.4 (M1)
* MacBook Air M2, 2022, 16GB RAM, macOS 14.5, Unity 6000.0.12f1
* MacBook Pro M2 Max, 2023, 64GB RAM, macOS 14.5, Unity 6000.0.12f1

Notes:
- Only reproducible on Silicon
- Not reproducible in the Player

- {color:#00875a}Workaround: If you navigate to the Visual Effect Graph window (for the “VFX“ visual effect), open the VFX Control panel during the Play Mode, then set the Debug mode to Efficiency or Alive the issue does not reproduce anymore{color}
