Scene View selection is broken when there are multiple GameObjects that draw Gizmos
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “GizmoTest” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” scene
3. In the Scene view, click on the left-most or right-most cuboid or just outside of the cube
4. Observe the results
Expected Result: The cuboid that is clicked is selected and nothing is selected when clicking outside of the cube
Actual Result: A cuboid that was not clicked is selected
Reproducible with: 6000.0.3f1, 6000.0.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.2f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
