Overlay UI opaque colors are shown incorrectly in the Player when a HDR display and Linear Color Space are used
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure HDR is enabled on a monitor
2. Open the attached “SimpleGradient.zip” project
3. Open the “Scene” scene
4. Observe the Game view
5. Build and Run the project (File > Build and Run)
6. Observe the Player
Expected result: All of the gradients look similar to each other, like in the Game view
Actual result: Most of the gradients have an incorrect look
Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1, 6000.0.10f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: Mac (M2)
Notes:
- Not reproducible on a non-HDR display.
- If Color Space gets set to “Gamma” only one of the gradients appears to be shown differently.
