[Regression] AsyncOperation created by EditorApplication.LoadLevelAdditiveAsyncInPlayMode never fires the completed event
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Enter play mode and observe the console
3. Stop the play mode
4. Click on the "Scene Loader" object in the Hierarchy and check "Simulation mode"
5. Enter play mode and observe the console again
Expected result: in both cases the AsyncOperation is fired and a debug "AsyncOperation completed" message is shown
Actual result: AsyncOperation isn't fired when using LoadLevelAdditiveAsyncInPlayMode
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a5, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.2.0a2, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.1.8f1
Not reproducible in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.7f1
