[Reflect] Documentation is not published and only available offline
All documentation links for Unity Reflect (documentation, Changelog, License) are not published and only available offline. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Edit > Project Settings > Package Manager > Enable Preview PAckages
3) Window > Package Manager > Install Unity Reflect
4) Click on View Changelog
Actual result: Changelog opens up offline
Expected result: Documentation should be published and should be available online
Occurring on: 2020.2.0a18 and 2020.1.0b16 with Unity Reflect package version 1.2.0-preview.26, 1.1.0-preview.6
Environment: Both Windows and Mac
