Rect Transform position is ignored when viewed in 32-bit Windows Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “RectTransformBug.zip” project
2. Observe how the Canvas' objects are positioned by Rect Transform
3. Build And Run for Windows 32-bit architecture
4. Observe the Player
Expected result: Item’s position is the same as set in the Editor Rect Transform
Actual result: Item’s position does not match the one set in the Editor Rect Transform
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.3f1, 2022.3.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.2f1, 2023.2.0a21
Reproduced on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s machine)
Not reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
Players reproduced on: Windows 32-bit
Players not reproduced on: Windows 64-bit, macOS (Intel 64-bit + Apple silicon)

This issue is a duplicate, and it's been fixed a while ago.
