[Windows] Canvas layout displaced when resizing Player's window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “My project (2).zip”
2. Build And Run
3. Resize the Player’s window
Expected result: Canvas layout retains set positions
Actual result: Canvas layout gets displaced
Reproducible with: 2022.3.3f1, 2022.3.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.27f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.2f1, 2023.2.0a21
Reproduced on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s machine)
Not reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1
