ReadOnly labels value can be changed when moving it's slider if the label is imported from an UXML file
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "UIToolkitReadonlyIssue-2021.1.zip" project
2. Go Test -> MyEditorWindow
3. Click on "MyReadOnlyField" and slide the slider
Expected results: The value of the label doesn't change
Actual results: The value changes when sliding the slider
Reproducible with: 1.0.0, 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a18)
Could not test with: 2018.4.35f1 (UI Builder package not available), 2019.4.26f1 (Downgraded script throws an error)
