4. Observe the Player
Expected result: Splash Screen is present at launch and the Scene is rendered
Actual result: No Splash Screen and only a color is rendered
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b8, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a14
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a9
Reproducible on:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2

Notes:
- Reproduces with Mono and IL2CPP
- In versions 2022.2.0a15 - 2022.2.0b6 the Scene is rendered, but it's frozen and fixed to the headset position. The issue does not reproduce but the behavior is incorrect
