Normal from Height Node causes visual artifacts when using ShaderGraph with Android build target
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Open the “Assets/[1] Scenes/[D] ShaderTest“ scene
3. Zoom in and out towards the sphere in the Scene View
4. Observe the sphere in the Scene View
Expected result: The sphere has no render artifacts
Actual result: Artifacts can be seen when the Scene View is zoomed in close to the sphere
Reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.30f1, 6000.0.4f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Reproduces with Android build target but does not reproduce with Windows build target
