[Presets] Platform settings are not saved when they are changed in the Texture Importer preset
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "PresetsNotEditable" project
2. Select the "TextureImporter" preset in the Project window
3. In the Inspector change the Max Size option to "128"
4. Select the "Scenes" folder in the Project window
5. Select the "TextureImporter" preset in the Project window again
Expected result: The Max Size option is saved as 128
Actual result: The Max Size option was is saved and returned to the previous value
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a6, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.2.0a5

- Only happens the platform settings are not saved
