PlasticSCM buttons icon is misaligned
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project with PlasticSCM enabled
2. Observe button to open PlasticSCM Window
Actual result: Buttons icon is misaligned
Expected result: Icon is centered
Reproducible with: 1.17.6 (2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0a25)
Not reproducible with: 1.17.6 (2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.0a19)
Tested on: Windows 11, macOS Monterey 12.5.1
