Unity UI does not trigger "OnFocusLost" and doesn't refresh when focusing on other Windows in the Editor

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Select any Text Field in any Editor Window
3. Write any kind of text or number
4. Click on any other Window
5. Select any empty space in the Window with the modified Text Field
6. Try to write any characters and observe the focused Test Field

Actual result: Fields and values do not auto-update if no Field was interacted with, but still are highlighted as “Focused”
Expected result: Clicking off to other Windows and or clicking on an empty space in the UI, refreshes the Field

Reproducible with: 6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a5

Reproducible on: macOS 26.4.1 (M3 Pro), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:
- Tested Windows: Project Settings, Hierarchy, Inspector, Project
- The issue was first found out about when the user reported an issue with Keystore Passwords for Android Build Targets, which causes it to be an important issue. However after further testing it was visible that almost all fields have this issue, with varying levels of Severity towards functionality, any issues encountered due to this bug can be easily worked around by simply clicking on any other field in the same Window. However it does not work when clicking off into any other Window from the modified one.
