Editor icons are misaligned
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Observe the Plastic icon at the top left
3. Observe the Edit Collider icon in the "Inspector" section

1. Install ProBuilder
2. Open Tools>ProBuilder Window
3. Observe the Object/Vertex/Edge/Face selection toolbar in the Scene View
Note: ProBuilder icons are a good example of where it's the most obvious, however, this issue appears on random icons in many places.
Expected result: the icons are centered
Actual result: the icons are offset
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0a26
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a19
