Package Manager shows incorrect amount of Packages found when reloading packages in My Assets section
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Download "3D Game Kit" and "Terrain Tools" from the Asset store
3. Open Package Manager by going to Window->Package Manager
4. Select "Package: My Assets" in the package scope drop-down menu
5. In the search field search for "3D" to find the downloaded package
6. press the reload button in the Package Manager
Expected result: It reflects the number of packages found
Actual result: After reload it shows a number of all packages instead of how many are found through search
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a5, 2020.2.0a7
Could not test with: 2017.4.39f1, 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0a26 because the section of how many packages are shown was not introduced
