[OSX] Event.current.shift returns true only when moving the mouse
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the window Window -> Shift bug
3. Hold Shift, move mouse on the window and watch the toggle flicker
4. Leave window open
5. Select a game object
6. Select Translate Tool
7. Hold Shift to activate the Free Move Handle
8. Move the mouse over it to make it flicker
