[XR][Oculus Quest] Reflections are rendered differently per eye
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1183721"
2. Build and run on Oculus Quest
Actual: Reflection is rendered differently per eye
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a14

- Doesn't repro on Oculus Go

Resolution Note (2018.4.X):
These assets are not supported in versions later than the 2018 LTS release. Given that product's age and its support ending soon, we won't address this issue. Better, stereo-ready solutions are available in more modern versions of Unity; please try to use those.
