[Occlusion Culling] Reset functionality is not working for "Occlusion Portal
Reset functionality is not working for "Occlusion Portal", refer the attached video
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy >right-click > Create Empty
3. Inspector > Occlusion Portal > Add
4. Inspector > Occlusion Portal > Change properties
5. Occlusion Portal > Reset
Actual Result: Reset functionality is not working
Expected Result: Default values should be assigned on reset
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a9, 2020.1.0b7,2019.3.10f1,2017.1.5f1
Environment:
Windows 10 and macOS 10.14

Hi we are currently touching the umbra system apart from crash bugs and regression. This is a small UX issue so we will not be looking at it.
