Mesh Bounding Box gets stuck at World origin when a Cloth component is added
How to repoduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1157800-ClothBoundingBoxbBug" project
2. Open scene "SampleScene"
3. Select the Sphere object in the Hierarchy and add a Cloth component to it
4. Try to move the Sphere and inspect its bounding box
Expected results: The bounding box changes position with the sphere
Actual results: The bounding box doesn't move and is stuck at World origin
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a7, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0a6, 2019.3.0a3 and up
