The Editor opens when the window is closed right after launch
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Close the Editor window as soon as it launches
3. Observe the Unity Editor
Expected result: Editor does not open
Actual result: Editor opens
Reproducible in: 2022.2.21f1, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.5f1, 6000.2.0b3
Could not test with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.24f1 (unable to close the Editor window when the project is loading)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (24H2), Windows 10 (by the user)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
