Memory leak when moving states in Animator window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open a Task Manager on Windows or Activity Monitor on Mac
3. Create a new Animator Controller
4. In the Animator window drag around any state
5. Check Unity process in the Task Manager or Activity Monitor
Expected result: Memory usage doesn't increase after dragging
Actual result: Memory usage increases after dragging
Reproducible with: 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b11, 2022.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2022.1.0a6, 2022.1.0a9
