Managed Assembly is included in Player Build when using Define constraint UNITY_INCLUDE_TESTS
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (DefineTest.zip)
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Go to File -> Build and Run
4. Observe the text in the Player Build
Expected result: "Castle.Core is not included" is displayed in the Build
Actual result: "Castle.Core is included" is displayed in the Build
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2
