[macOS] Title bar is not showing up when an Editor window is undocked and set to Fullscreen
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Undock the Scene window from the Editor and make it fullscreen
3. Open another app from the Dock
4. In Dock right-click on Unity > Show all Windows
5. Repeat the 4th step
6. In the Scene View exit the fullscreen
Expected result: The title bar shows up
Actual result: The title bar is not showing up
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0a15 (Different fullscreen button)
Notes:
- Reproducible with other windows as well
- After the 5th step when opening other apps they're are not visible because the Scene View is in front
