[Mac] Additionally opened windows open in fullscreen when Unity's window is in fullscreen
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Fullscreen the Unity window
3. Open any new window from the Window dropdown menu
Expected result: Newly opened window opens in windowed mode
Actual result: Newly opened window opens in fullscreen mode
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0a15
Notes:
- Window's Title bar does not appear when opening a third window
- Reproducible with macOS
