[Lumin][IL2CPP] C/C++ source code plugins are not built when building Lumin OS player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the repro project
2. Switch to ML Platform
3. Point to your ML Certification file in the ML Publishing section of the Player Settings (Make sure you have the private key file there too)
4. Try to build the project
Result: While building the project a popup window appears with an error along with a few other errors in the console output window
Error: /Applications/UnityInstalls/2019.3.0a8/Unity.app/Contents/il2cpp/build/il2cppcore/il2cppcore.dll did not run properly! See the Console for details.
Reproduced using: Lumin SDK v0.21.0, Magic Leap Package 3.0.0 - preview 6, and Unity Version 2019.3.0a8 (8ea4afdbfa47)
