[Linux][Editor] Un-docked tab/window cannot be resized.
Tab/window in the Editor, such as Scene view, Game view, Hierarchy, etc, cannot resize after becomes un-docked.
Repro:
1. Open Editor with a new or existing project
2. Drag one of the windows in Editor to be undocked.
3. Resize the window/tab
