Light probe groups don't work when loading scene as additive
Repro steps:
1. Open "Test" scene
2. Build the project
3. Make sure "init" scene is loaded before "Test" scene
Expected: Light probes should work in built version and editor.
Reproduced: 5.3.6p1, 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0a5

Hi, my bug was just resolved as a duplicate of this bug (which is fine!) but I want to note that my repro is also broken in the editor.
