Joint2D rotates 360 degrees when disabled and reenabled depending on angle
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project and scene "ReproJointRotationIssue"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In Game View, observe 'parent' GameObject
Expected result: 'parent' / 'left 2' GameObject remains stationary
Actual result: 'parent' / 'left 2' GameObject rotates 360 degrees
Reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.3f1, 2020.2.0a21
