[iOS] Rendering freezes when changing the orientation on certain devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "orientationTest.zip"
2. Build and Run the Scene "SampleScene" on iOS
3. Rotate the device between landscape and portrait modes
Expected result: The App continues working normally
Actual result: The App freezes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1 (user-supplied information), 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.14f1, 2023.3.0b10

- iPad Air 4th Gen (iOS 15.2.1)
- iPad 10th Gen (user-supplied information)
Did not reproduce on:
- iPad Pro (9.7 inch) (iOS 14.8)
- iPhone 13 (iOS 15.0)
- iPhone 12 mini (iOS 14.1)
