[iOS] ARTracking frame delay occurs when using new input system tracked pose driver
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Move the device around
4. Observe the cubes in the device
Expected outcome: No frame delay occurs
Actual outcome Frame delaying occurs
Reproduced with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
Reproducible with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1), iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 15.6.1), IPad Pro (iOS 15.6.1, user-provided information)
