[HDRP] Light doesn't bounce off terrains
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "OutdoorsScene"
3. Bake the scene (Window > Rendering > Lighting > Generate Lighting)
4. Open the Albedo debug view mode in the drop down at the top of the scene view.
5. Observe that the terrain's albedo is fully black.
Actual results: Terrain albedo is fully black.
Expected results: Terrain albedo is white/grayish.
Tested on 6000.0.0b15, reproducible on 2022.3.26f1. Tested on Windows 11.
Notes:
- Swapping the terrain for a regular mesh, like a plane, makes the bounced light reappear.
- Using the Albedo debug view, we see the terrains albedo is black
