Installer crashes if any button is pressed before Licence Agreement page is fully loaded
Reproduction Steps:
1. Launch Unity Installer.
2. Press "Next" in the first page (Welcome to the Unity Setup).
3. Before the "Untiy Terms of Service" window is loaded, press either "Next" or "Cancel".
Expected result: Button executes command.
Actual result: Installer gives out error "Installer has stopped working". (GIF attached)
Reproduced wtih: 5.5.0f3, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3
Not reproduced with: 5.4.3p2, 5.3.7p1
