Mipmap Limit Groups long names are not truncated when creating a new Mipmap Limit Group with a long name

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
  2. Navigate to Edit > Project Settings > Quality
  3. Create a new Mipmap Limit Group with a long name
  4. Observe the Mipmap Limit Groups

Actual results: The long name does not fit fully and is not truncated to indicate that

Expected results: The long name is truncated

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 2023.1.0a3 (Due to no Mipmap Limit Groups)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
