Incorrect results when calling SetActive on WP8 emulator
Calling setActive on a hierarchy of uGUI objects gives bad results on WP8 emulator. In this case disabling the parent object does not disable the child and the child (it can still be seen). Trying to disable the child in this state does not do anything.
If the parent object is reenabled then the child can be disabled, but toggling the parent on/off reenables the child as well.
