[Improved Prefabs] Error message appears twice from two different pieces of code
Steps:
1. Create a prefab out of any GameObject
2. Open it in Prefab Mode
3. Add script on it
4. Delete script asset
5. Drag root GameObject into Project Browser
==> Confirmation dialog appears
6. Select "Create Base" button
==>
Two the same error messages appears
"You are trying to replace or create a Prefab from the instance 'Cube' that references a missing script. This is not allowed."
