Height of the UIToolkit list element with text wrap is miscalculated after hiding and unhiding
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "WrapText01.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: The height of the text wrap is the same
Actual result: The height of the text wrap is changed
Reproducible with - 1.0.0-preview.13(2020.2.3f1)
Could not test - 2019.4, errors importing UIToolkit package - 1.0.0-preview.13(2021.1.0b3), 1.0.0-preview.13(2021.2.0a3)

Looks like this problem is not only related to list element.
Also Label inside ScrollView experiences same problem.
