Expected result: Element size is scaled to displayed text

Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.13 (2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b14)
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.16f1 (Couldn't downgrade the project, 2018.4 and 2019.4 streams are not supported in UI Toolkit previews), 2021.1.0a9 (Couldn't upgrade the project)
Note: Button gets scaled to the size it should be when hovered on it after changing Display Styles
