[HDRP] Shadows are not rendered in the Game View when using certain Game View window sizes
How to reproduce:
1. Open User's attached "high Test.zip" project
2. Load "bug" scene
3. Observe both Scene View and Game View
Expected result: shadows are rendered in both Views
Actual result: shadows are not rendered in Game View
Reproduced in: HDRP 7.1.2, HDRP 7.1.1, HDRP 7.0.1, HDRP 6.9.1PV, HDRP 6.9.0PV (2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a6)
Not reproduced in: HDRP 6.7.1PV, HDRP 6.5.3PV, HDRP 5.2.3PV, HDRP 4.1.0PV (2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.3.0a1)
Can't reproduce in: 2017.4.32f1 (no HDRP), 2019.2.0a1 (ArgumentException errors), 2019.2.0a14 (white Game View screen),
Notes:
not reproduced on LWRP & URP, there are differences when shadows do disappear between HDRP 7.0.1 (and above) and HDRP 6.9.0 (e.g. in HDRP 7.0.1 shadows disappear when Game View window size is 848x680, while in HDRP 6.9.0 they disappear when window size is 617x680 )
