[HDRP] Occlusion Only Reflection Normalization label cut off in Project Settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Edit>Project Settings
2. Go to HDRP Global Settings under Graphics
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the default Volume section and click Add Override
4. Add the Probe Volumes Options override
5. Observe the Occlusion Only Reflection Normalization checkbox
Actual result: the label is cut-off (adjusting the window width does no help)
Expected result: the label is fully visble
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a10, 2023.2.0b11
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b12, 2023.0a15
Note this option wasn't available under Project Settings before thus it is not a regression

Resolution Note:
Pannel can be resized to read the full label (maybe thanks to recent global settings refactor)
