[HDRP] Model icons are black or show models with no lighting on them when creating a template project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. Go to Assets/ExampleAssets/Models folder in the Project Window
3. Reimport any model in this folder via Right-click -> Reimport
Expected results: All Model icons are rendered like the reimported Model icon without needing to reimport these Models
Actual results: Model icons are black or show models with little or no lighting
Reproducible with: 2018.4.11f1, 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b7 (package ver. 4.10.0-preview, 6.9.0-preview, 6.9.1-preview, 7.1.1, 7.1.2)
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a9 (package ver. 7.0.1, 7.1.2)
Could not test on 2017.4.33f1 because HDRP project template does not exist in this version
Additional notes:
1. Clicking the "Reimport all" does not fix the issue
2. Although the issue does not reproduce on Unity 2020.1.0a1-2020.1.0a9, reimporting a model on these versions
ends up in showing a model that is illuminated too brightly
3. If a Model is imported from outside, a Model icon is drawn without any issues.
4. The issue does not reproduce if creating a regular 3D project with Extras
