HDR color values are rounded when changing intensity
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "1372353.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "GameObject" GameObject
4. Open the HDR Color window from the Inspector window
5. Change the Intensity value
6. Observe the X and Y values in the "GameObject" GameObject "Script" Component
Expected result: The values aren't rounded to 0
Actual result: The values are rounded to 0
Happens on both Mac and Windows. Unknown on Linux.
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a13
