GUIView::OnInputEvent crash while trying to refocus Unity after trying to open unregistered file by an app holding Enter button
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "AcessViolationReproduce.zip" project
2. Select the "mcs.rsp" file
3. Start to press and hold the Enter button on the keyboard
4. Keep holding the Enter button until Unity loses focus and "How do you want to open this file" window pops up
5. Refocus Unity by clicking on the "mcs.rsp" file (still hold the enter button)
6. Repeath steps 4 & 5
Actual: Unity crashes while trying to refocus Unity after trying to open an unregistered file by an app holding the Enter button
Expected: Unity does not crash
Reproduced on: 5.4.5p1, 5.5.3p1, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.0p1, 2017.0b1
Update: Not reproducible on 2018.1.0b1
