Light theme icon is missing for Volume Component in the Inspector window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using URP Template
2. Make sure the Editor is set to light theme
3. Select “Global Volume” in Hierarchy window
4. Observe “Volume” Component icon in Inspector window
Actual results: Volume Component icon is hardly visible in the Inspector window
Expected results: Volume Component icon is visible in the Inspector window
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
