"GUI.DrawTexture" does not work properly when used inside custom property drawers inside the default inspector
Steps to reproduce :

- open the scene "Try me"
- select the object "Inspect me!"
- look in the Inspector and notice the square box with a graphic line inside it
- resize the Inspector and notice the small graphic will flicker

Related to #514655, which is more severe. Still present in 4.3.4f1.

This bug also affects GUI.DrawTextureWithTexCoords which seems to provide the only possibility to draw sprites in an inspector/editor (at least for Unity <=4.3.2f1)
