GO with HorizontalLayoutGroup Component is stretched when it has a Parent with AspectRatioFitter in a Timeline Preview Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "SampleScene" in the attached "FitterTimeline.zip"
2. Navigate to Panel > AnimateRect and click on "Director" GameObject
3. If the issue does not reproduce - click on any other GameObject and click on "Director" again
4. Observe the "Hor" GameObject stretched
Expected Behaviour: Since the Timeline does not change any AspectRatioFitter values - the GameObject should not be stretched
Actual Behaviour: The "Panel" GameObject gets stretched
Reproducible with: 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a5
Note: The issue is a cosmetic defect because Play Mode does not show the issue and altering AspectRatioFitter's Aspect Ratio field even by a small value will get rid of the bug. Could not test on 2017.4.28f1 and earlier than 2018.4.0b1 due to broken prefabs and Timeline.
