GI gets stuck on Bake Indirect when Precomputed Realtime resolution is >= 0.2
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene scene.unity
- Scene contains a map built out of Unity primitives
3. Set the Precomputed Realtime resolution to 0.2 or greater
- Building will be stuck on [ 12/15 Bake Indirect | 1 jobs ]

Its still happening on 5.5.0f3 for me. not fixed. This issue must be a nightmare for unity developers. They postponed it 2 years ago, and now they mark it as fixed when it clearly isn't. turning off precomputed GI and Baked GI isnt a solution.

We're definitely trying to address the issue with baking and we're well aware about it. Right now, we have released an experimental build that replaces mixed lighting and you can download it here: http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/mixed-mode-fixes-and-lighting-window-preview-1-try-it.424991/.
Essentially, five light modes are introduced and they offer different ways to handle baked lightmap and realtime shadows/lighting. For those who are targeting mobile, we offer a mode called 'subtractive'. If you are interested, you can try it and provide feedback so we can improve it based on your needs.

I really don't think they will fix Enlighten (...or it should be fixed by now ). All that talk about the wonders of Enlighten wouldn't convince anybody now. Chances are they are thinking to bring back something similar to Beast. We shouldn't struggle to get a simple scene to bake. What is really upsetting is their silence about it. Hundreds or thousands of complaints all over the world and nothing is done about it. There is no point to create a good game if you can't bake a scene.

After sifting through hundreds of gameobjects in the scene, I found a standard Plane that was *not* marked static, and had a Scale in Lightmap of 1, but I could see in the Object tab of the Lightmapping window, just below 'Scale in Lightmap' there was grayed out text that said that the object's size has reached the max atlas size. I made it Lightmap Static and changed that value to 0.1 and my scene suddenly bakes fine.
