Game view "Focused" toggle not functioning when entering Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. In Game view toggle on/off "Focused" which is on the left side of "Mute Audio"
3. Go to Scene view and press Play
Expected result: Game view is focused or not when entering Play mode depending on how "Focused" is toggled
Actual result: Game view is not Focused when entering Play mode regardless of "Focussed" being toggled on/off
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0a15
Could not test with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1 (no option to toggle "Focused")
Note: The tooltip that appears when hovering the "Focused" checkbox has a small typo ("Forcilby" instead of "Forcibly")
