Flickering Inspector (or other) window when changing Color Space from Gamma to Linear or vice versa
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to Edit --> Project Settings -->Player
3. Change Color Space from Gamma to Linear (or vice versa)
Expected result: Color Space is changed, Inspector window does not flicker
Actual result: Color Space is changed, Inspector window flickers while changing
Regression introduced with - 2018.2.0a3
Reproducible with - 2018.2.0a5, 2018.2.0a3
Not reproducible with - 2018.2.0a2, 2018.1.0b11
Note - Sometimes flicker happens on other Editor windows, or does not happen at all, usually re-opening the editor helps to reproduce the issue

Windows 10 Pro, AMD FX(tm)-8350 (8 core) 4.00 GHz, 8 GB, AMD Radeon (TM) R7 360
